Kevin Pasma
Kevin began in the floor covering industry in 1981. With over 30 years of experience in flooring he has a vast knowledge of all aspects of the flooring industry. As the owner and President of River City Flooring and Design Studio he is actively involved in fostering a positive atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration allowing River City Flooring to serve their customers well. Kevin is highly professional and a skilled communicator who builds strong relationships within his River City Flooring team, customers, contractors and manufacturers alike. His proactive, positive business strategy keeps him and River City on the cutting edge of the floor covering business. Kevin is well-known for his integrity within the business arena and is well-respected within the community.
Kevin was born and raised in West Michigan graduating from Grandville High School and Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music. He believes in supporting the local business economy and he also served on the City of Hudsonville Chamber Board. Kevin dedicates time to serve his neighboring community as a Lieutenant in the Grandville Fire Department. Kevin enjoys yard and garden work, wood cutting and all types of water sports. His devotion to his faith, family, and business are evident in the way he treats people and those core valued beliefs are demonstrated in how he conducts business

Rob Campbell
Rob has been involved in the flooring industry for over 25 years. He began his career installing carpet and vinyl and quickly developed a passion for the flooring trade: having a keen eye for detail. Through continued education, Rob progressed into the roles of sales, operations, and project management, all while developing an excitement for customer service and relationships. He has brought that same enthusiasm to River City Flooring in Northern Michigan! If Rob isn’t working on a flooring project, you’ll most likely find him and his family out on a boat.

Tory Foster
Tory has over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial flooring sales and design. Since 1999, she’s been part of a wide range of projects—from transforming homes to designing large hotels. Her passion for helping ideas take shape and watching projects come to life from start to finish makes her a perfect fit for our team.
Outside of work, Tory loves spending time outdoors with her family: hiking, fishing, and traveling. She and her husband are proud grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren who keep them on their toes and fill their lives with joy.

With over 50 years in the flooring industry, Dave brings unmatched experience and expertise to River City Flooring. Though semi-retired, he continues to serve corporate accounts with exceptional product knowledge and a talent for value engineering projects, ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
Outside of work, Dave is deeply committed to ministry as a full-time Gideon. A proud grandfather of 11, he’s affectionately known as the “fun Grandpa,” cherishing every moment spent with his growing family.

With 30+ years’ experience in commercial flooring, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and passion to every project.
When he’s not working, Jim enjoys time with his wife Patti, their children, and grandchildren. He’s also known to cook up a storm in the kitchen, hit the trails for a good run (or walk), and serve at his local church. And if you know a great diner, drive-in, or dive, Jim’s all ears!

Nate Pasma
Nate has been with River City Flooring since its inception and oversees the estimating department. He works on budgets for various clients and colleagues and strives to create long-lasting relationships. You’ll find Nate out and about working with school districts and customers helping to meet their flooring needs with education and customer service. Nate is certified by ICRI for moisture testing. When flooring isn’t the topic of discussion, you might hear Nate sharing stories about his wife and three boys and his love for the outdoors!

Rob joined the team as an estimator in 2018. His previous installation background helps in all aspects of estimating and can add valuable input to specialized flooring types. He loves spending time with his family and also dabbles in Crypto, Comics, and Gaming!

Josh joined River City Flooring in 2022, beginning his career in the warehouse before transitioning to the role of Estimator in 2025. His hands-on experience and attention to detail make him a valuable part of the estimating team.
In addition to his professional role, Josh brings energy to the office by organizing ping-pong and shuffleboard tournaments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, playing multiple musical instruments, and staying up to date on the latest movies and shows. A dedicated community member, Josh is also a proud and frequent blood donor who encourages others to “give the gift of life.”

He is responsible for overseeing field operations and ensuring each project is executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Ben is passionate about delivering exceptional results and takes pride in contributing to River City Flooring’s continued success.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing basketball, and exploring new hiking trails.

Nick Wolfram is a dedicated Sales and Project Manager at River City Flooring, where his long-standing history with the company makes him an invaluable asset to the team–known for his industry knowledge and commitment to a successful project, Nick plays a key role in bringing in projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Nick’s expertise and leadership have contributed significantly to the ongoing success and growth of River City Flooring. He approaches each project with professionalism and care, working closely with clients and team members to bring flooring solutions to life.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and trying some new bourbons. In the springtime, he is passionate about coaching track and field for Catholic Central Middle school and High School teams. He is a devoted husband and proud father of two pretty amazing kids. His ability to balance a rewarding professional career with a fulfilling personal life makes him a well-rounded and respected member of our team.

Angela joined the River City team in April 2023 as a purchasing coordinator and has now joined the team of Project Coordinators. She grew up with a contractor dad, so she enjoys all things home building and renovations. When away from the office, you will find Angela hiking with her husband, Ryan, boating, or camping with family. She also enjoys chasing sunsets, tending to her garden, or getting into a good book.

With 30 years of experience in purchasing and materials management and 10 of those in flooring at RCF, Lisa has a significant amount of inventory systems knowledge, normalizing data and creating and improving workflow processes. She is passionate about using data to improve inventory consistency and accuracy allowing for a more efficient material flow. Day in day out she oversees our supplier sourcing and relationships, manages B2B/Ecommerce and all that goes with the physical inventory process. She believes in an attitude of service and being a resource to others at River City Flooring with the goal of assisting the greater team in delivering a superior experience to our end user. Outside of work you can catch her reading and baking as well as enjoying the outdoors walking and trail cycling with her husband.

Jill is part of the leadership team at River City Flooring and brings over 20 years of HR and accounting experience. She enjoys the diverse responsibilities of her job includingstrategic planning, systems implementation, forecasting, sales growth, employee development, and operational efficiency. Beyond the office, Jill’s time is spent with her husband, Tim, and her three beautiful and very busy daughters. She enjoys boating with her family, hiking scenic trails, or competing with friends in a pickleball match.

Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in various aspects of the company’s operations, contributing significantly to its growth and success. Beyond her professional achievements, Trish is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and collaborative spirit. She has built lasting relationships within the company and with clients, earning a reputation for her integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
As she celebrates her 18th anniversary with River City Flooring, Trish remains an integral part of the company’s success story. When Trish isn’t at work, she enjoys camping, scrapbooking and spending time with her 14 grandchildren.

I come from a diverse background with over 20 years experience in a variety of leadership roles, including multi-unit management, project management, and warehousing/inventory control management as the latest. Graduate of Grand Valley State University where I was a member of the baseball team while there. I am what many would consider a sports junky. In my off time you will most likely see me running around with the family(wife and 3 kids) living this crazy busy life we live, and coaching my kids up out at the sporting confines where my passions lie.
